Due to the exceptional circumstances declared in the Republic of Estonia, Rikets Lilled does not currently fulfill orders hourly.

1.1 Terms and conditions are valid for legal relationship between www.rikets.ee (webshop) owner Rikets Hulgi OÜ (Trader), Killustiku põik 4, Lagedi 75303, Tallinn, Estonia (reg no 11221230, VAT reg EE101268495, riketslilled.ee and the Client.

1.2. In addition to current terms and conditions other valid legal acts in Estonia regulate legal relationship when buying products via website.

1.3 The Trader has the right to change general terms and conditions of the website as well as product and services costs. Such changed will be notified in webshop environment. During transaction valid terms and prices will be applied.


2.1 Prices are displayed inclusive of 20 % VAT.

2.2 Processing charge of your selected delivery option will be added to product cost. Delivery option and delivery cost will be calculated in the basket.

2.3 Discount will be calculated after entering discount code to the basket


3.1 Product will be added to basket after clicking “Add to basket”

3.2 It is possible to change product quantities in the basket and remove products from the basket.

3.3 It is necessary to click “Place the order” to complete the transaction – the Client will be directed to respective page. After entering necessary details the Client will be directed to payment method page.

3.4 Order will be considered placed after payment of the invoice

3.5 The Client will receive confirmation of order by e-mail after payment.

3.6 In case the order needs specification the Trader will contact the Client by phone


4.1 100% advance payment is required when placing an order on website

4.2 We accept Visa and MasterCard debet and credit cards and Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Krediidipank, LHV). By confirming the order you will be directed to bank to accept pre-filled payment order

4.3 For proper finalisation of order button “Back to the trader” shall be pushed after payment.


5.1 Courier fee may be either Tallinn, Tartu (cities): 5.00€, Pärnu, Viljandi (cities): 6,90€, Other Estonia/city surroundings: 9.90€, pick up myself: 0.00€ . Website will determine the price automatically on the basis of the delivery address.

5.2 If you do not find required destintation from our selection or wish to send flowers abroad, please contact our client services by e-mail riketslilled@rikets.ee or by phone + 372 6737 070.

5.3 Flowers vases or other decorative items seen on product photo are not included in the cost unless otherwise stated in product description.

5.4 The Trader reserves the right to substitute colour of ordered flowers. The Trader shall guarantee that such substitution does not decrease monetary value of the order.

5.5 Products offered by the Trader are hand-crafted, therefore the Trader cannot guarantee exact appearance to the product specification. Photos on the website are illustrative.

5.6 The Trader shall not be obliged to fulfil the order until monetary value of the order has been credited to the Traderˇs bank account

5.7 The Trader shall not be responsible for delivery of Gift sets containing alcohol product (hereinafter alcohol) to persons under 18 years. The parties agree that the Client is aware that the recipient whom the alcohol is addressed to, is at least 18 years of age.

5.8 The Trader shall not be responsible for inadequacy of delivery in case the Client has submitted inaccurate or incorrent data of the receiver.


6.1 In case the ordered product is not available, the Trader will cancel the order. Order may be cancelled partially or in full. The Client will be notified about such cancellation without delay. In case of partial cancellation the Trader may ask the Client about the rest of order – whether deliver or cancel.

6.2 Upon cancellation of order the client will be refunded as soon as possible but not later than within 14 days.


7.1 Data about the Client and the orders in webshop environment shall be processed as confidential information. The Trader shall not enclose information to third parties.

7.2 Data communication between the Client and banks as well as card payment center is encrypted, therefore security of personal data and bank details of the Client is granted. The Trader does not have any access to confidential bank and payment card details of the Client.

7.3 Discrepancies between the Client and the Trader will be solved by negotiations. The Trader will respond to complaints and claims by e-mail within 5 working days at the latest. If amicable settlement is not reached, the Client has the right to turn to Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or Harju County Court. Disputes are governed by Estonian law.
